随着我国市场经济的快速发展和日趋激烈的国际竞争环境，管理作为现代教育运行的主要方式，体现了其目标执行的优越性。在以往的教育管理中多体现技术性因素，而忽略了人的因素。本文从校企合作建设的现状和问题进行分析，提出教育部门对校企高度融合建设的基本思路与主要对策。

With the rapid development of China's market econo-my and the increasingly fierce international competition environ-ment, management as the main way to run a modern education, has reflected the superiority of its target execution. In the past, the management of education mainly reflected technical factors, rather than the human factor. This paper analyzed the current sit-uation and problems of college-enterprise cooperation and pro-vided the education sector with the basic ideas and main coun-termeasures of constructing a close college-enterprise integration.
