目的:院探讨体育舞蹈和瑜伽训练对医科大学生自我概念的影响。方法院采用田纳西自我概念量表(TSCS)为测量工具,对120名医科大学生进行适当匹配调整后,学习体育舞蹈和瑜伽的各52名学生。比较15周不同行为干预对医科大学生身体自我概念的不同干预效果。结果院干预实验前后医科大学生自我概念的得分差异显著;瑜伽教学比体育舞蹈教学相比,在生理自我因子、心理自我因子和自我总分上的得分差异显著;而体育舞蹈教学在社会自我因子上的得分差异显著。结论院两种教学在促进医学生形成积极的自我概念上各有所长。

Objective:This study is to compare the effect of sports dance and yoga on self-concept of medical students. Method120 medical students were selected and appropriately distributed in two groupGroup A (sports dance exercise intervention) with 52 students, and Group B (yoga exercise intervention) with 52 people. And with the Tennessee Self-concept Scale Question-naire (TSCS) as the measuring tool,the different effects of different interventions on the self-concept of medical students during 15 weeks were compared. Result Medical students' scores of self-concept before and after the interventions are significantly different; the scores of physical self-factors, psychological self-factors and self total performance of Group B are significant-ly higher than those of Group A;the scores of social self-factors of Group A are significantly higher than those of Group B. Con-clusion:Two kinds of teaching methods each possesses their own good points to form a positive self-concept of medical students.
