基于项目主线的实践教学方式针对目前应用型本科人才培养要求，对实践教师队伍提出了更高的要求，建设一支高素质的实践教学团队有利于实践教学的开展。本文首先分析组建基于项目主线的实践教学团队的必要性，其次阐述了基于项目主线的实践教学团队的几点基本要求，最后详细论述了基于项目主线的实践教学团队的建立方法。

In view of the current requirements of applied under-graduate talent cultivation, the practical teaching mode based on the main line of project has put forward higher requirements for the teacher team of practical teaching. Building a high-quality teaching team is beneficial to the development of teaching prac-tice. This paper analyzes the necessity of constructing a practical teaching team based on the main line of project, describes several requirements, and finally discusses the methods of establishing the practical teaching team based on the main line of project.
