There are three main problems in the current college teaching quality evaluation: ignoring the professional develop-ment of teachers on the evaluation idea;lacking self-evaluation of teachers; lacking accordance in the process of evaluation. The teachers' teaching quality evaluation of progressive pattern is an efficient measure to overcome these problems.
