目的：探讨本院中心静脉导管护理室工作模式和管理方法。方法：通过总结本院中心静脉导管护理室实践，制定相应的流程和制度。结果：开设中心静脉导管护理室，满足了出院患者导管的日常维护，在减轻病房工作压力的同时，方便了患者。结论：设立中心静脉导管室专科护理门诊可满足就诊者多元化的需求，提升了专科护理质量，有利于护理专科的发展。

AIM:To explore working mode and management methods of the central venous catheter nursing room in our hospi-tal.METHODS:By summarizing management practice of central venous catheter nursing room in our hospital practice,we formula-ted the corresponding procedure and system.RESULTS:Central venous catheter nursing room meets the daily maintenance of the discharged patients with catheter,which reduces the ward work pressure and at the same time,provide convenient for patients. CONCLUSION:The center vein international nurse outpatient service can meet the needs of visitors diversification,promote the specialized nursing quality and the development of nursing spe-cialty.
