矮牵牛（Petunia hybrida Vilm．）是一种重要的花坛和盆栽用花，在中国市场需求较大。矮牵牛花色基因工程对于改良矮牵牛花色性状具有重要意义，也有助于矮牵牛的遗传育种工作。笔者阐述了矮牵牛植株内部花色素苷的合成、花色形成的相关结构基因和调控基因，以及矮牵牛花色基因工程中的技术（农杆菌介导技术）和常用方法，提出矮牵牛花色基因工程研究中存在的一些问题，展望矮牵牛花色基因工程的发展前景。
왜견우（Petunia hybrida Vilm．）시일충중요적화단화분재용화，재중국시장수구교대。왜견우화색기인공정대우개량왜견우화색성상구유중요의의，야유조우왜견우적유전육충공작。필자천술료왜견우식주내부화색소감적합성、화색형성적상관결구기인화조공기인，이급왜견우화색기인공정중적기술（농간균개도기술）화상용방법，제출왜견우화색기인공정연구중존재적일사문제，전망왜견우화색기인공정적발전전경。
Petunia hybrida is an important flower used for flowerbed and flowerpot with large market demand in China. The genetic engineering of flower color is significant to improvement of the flower color of P. hybrida,and contributes to genetic and breeding of P. hybrida.This paper elaborated the formation of anthocyanin in P. hybrida,the structure and regulation of genes related to the formation of flower color of P. hybrida,the technology ( agrobacterium mediated transfor-mation) and method of genetic engineering of flower color in P. hybrida. Problems exists in the genetic engineering of flower color were put forward,and prospects for development of the genetic engineering are presented.
