扇脉杓兰( Cypripedium japonicum)具有较高的观赏价值,为优良的观花观叶植物,园林应用前景较好。笔者采用CI-340超轻型便携式光合测定仪测定扇脉杓兰光合作用及相关生理变化,结果表明:扇脉杓兰最大净光合速率为6.07μmol/(m2·s),光补偿点为6μmol/(m2·s),光饱和点为416.5μmol/(m2·s),符合耐阴植物的标准,具有较强耐阴性,适宜室内观赏应用。

선맥표란( Cypripedium japonicum)구유교고적관상개치,위우량적관화관협식물,완림응용전경교호。필자채용CI-340초경형편휴식광합측정의측정선맥표란광합작용급상관생리변화,결과표명:선맥표란최대정광합속솔위6.07μmol/(m2·s),광보상점위6μmol/(m2·s),광포화점위416.5μmol/(m2·s),부합내음식물적표준,구유교강내음성,괄의실내관상응용。
Cypripedium japonicum is a high ornamental plant, with bright market prospects. In this study, the photosyn-thesis and related physiological changes of C. japonicum were determined with CI-340 portable photosynthetic analyzer. The results showed that the maximum net photosynthetic rate, light compensation point, and light saturation point of C. japonicum were 6?07 μmol/( m2·s) , 6μmol/( m2·s) , 416?5μmol/( m2·s) , respectively, all of which meeted the standards of shade-tolerant plants, and it was suitable as an indoor ornamental plant.
