Firstly, this paper expounded on the advantages of vacuum brazing technology and the importance of application and processing of vacuum brazing aluminum alloy chassis, with the emphasis on the necessity of vacuum brazing in airborne equipment. Secondly, taking a certain type of chassis as an example, this paper introduced, described and summarized the processing technology and key point of vacuum brazing process of aluminum alloy chassis in four aspects. Finally, it was pointed out that vacuum brazing aluminum alloy chassis was able to improve the overall effectiveness of avionics system, only by improving the technological level , and standardizing the production process, in order to ensure the production and quality of airborne electronic equipment chassis, and improve production efficiency.
