Hotswap refers to the inserting and pulling out of card from the backboard without power off. The paper introduces the principle of Hotswap. The basic method and design of Hotswap are described based on the LINTER corporation LTC4260 chip. The efficiency of Hotswap is verified by simulation and testing.
