“双师型”教师队伍建设是高校应用型人才培养的根本保障。本文对“双师型”教师的内涵进行了辨析，分析了高校“双师型”教师队伍建设存在的问题，并提出了包括建立“双师型”教师评价标准、制定“双师型”教师考核晋升激励制度、校企合作共同建设实训基地、拓宽教师聘任渠道等有效方法加强高校“双师型”教师队伍建设。

The team of dual qualification teacher is the foundation of training practical engineering personnel.The connotation of dual qualification teacher is identified,and then the question in the con-struction for the team of dual qualification teacher is analyzed.Some suggestions are mentioned for the development of the construction for the team of dual qualification teacher,including building up the es-timate standard and encouragement system of promotion for dual qualification teacher,and extending the approaches of employing teachers.Depending on the cooperation between school and enterprise training base,accelerate the construction for the team of dual qualification teacher by using the resources of enterprise,arranging students and teachers to enterprise for graduate practice and design, and encouraging teachers to set up cooperation with enterprise.
