产业结构升级的程度决定职业教育层次结构的高度，职业教育层次结构的优化促进产业结构的升级。目前，我国职业教育在人才培养的层次结构、专业结构和质量方面难以适应当前产业结构升级的需求。只有通过增加本科层次职业教育，调整各层次职业教育专业结构以及优化职业教育的人才培养模式，形成合理的人才培养层次和专业结构，才能适应产业结构升级对职业教育的要求。

The extent of upgrading of industrial structure determines the height of vocational education level structure,and the optimization of vocational education level structure promotes the upgrading of industrial structure.At present,vocational education is difficult to adapt to the demand of the upgrading of China’s industrial structure in the level structure of personnel training,professional structure and quality.Only by increasing the level of undergraduate vocational education,adj usting the professional structure of all levels vocational education,and optimizing the training mode of vocational education,form a reasonable level of personnel training and professional structure,can adapt to the re-quirements of vocational education of upgrading the industrial structure.
