目的：探讨我院静脉药物配置中心（PIVAS）的现状及运行效果。方法：结合我院静脉药物配置中心3年的实践经验，对其工作流程、成品质量、管理模式等进行全面分析和总结。结果：静脉药物配置中心为临床提供了高质量、安全、有效的静脉输液及完善的药学服务，保证了患者用药的安全，有利于临床药学、护理的发展。结论：静脉药物配置中心的建立，这对全面提升医院的药物治疗水平具有重要的意义。
목적：탐토아원정맥약물배치중심（PIVAS）적현상급운행효과。방법：결합아원정맥약물배치중심3년적실천경험，대기공작류정、성품질량、관리모식등진행전면분석화총결。결과：정맥약물배치중심위림상제공료고질량、안전、유효적정맥수액급완선적약학복무，보증료환자용약적안전，유리우림상약학、호리적발전。결론：정맥약물배치중심적건립，저대전면제승의원적약물치료수평구유중요적의의。
AIM:To explore the present situation and the effect of pharmacy intravenous admixture sevices (PIVAS)in our hospi-tal.METHODS:Based on three years' practical experience of PIVAS in our hospital,we made an all-round analysis and sum-mary of its workflow,product quality,management model and so on.RESULTS:PIVAS can not only provide high-quality,safe, effective venous transfusion,perfect pharmaceutical care,but also promote rational use of drugs and improve clinical pharmacy and nursing effectively.CONCLUSION:Establishing PIVAS has great significance in improving hospital medication level totally.
