目的：观察血塞通注射液联合针刺治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞的临床疗效．方法：43例确诊为视网膜中央静脉阻塞的患者，随机分为对照组21例和治疗组22例，对照组采用常规对症治疗和血塞通注射液，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用针刺疗法，1个月后观察疗效．结果：治疗组视力恢复优于对照组（P＜0．05），平均治疗时间短于对照组（P＜0．05）．结论：在常规对症治疗和血塞通注射液的基础上加用针刺疗法可提高患者视力，缩短病程，是一种安全、有效的治疗方法，且效果优于对照组．

목적：관찰혈새통주사액연합침자치료시망막중앙정맥조새적림상료효．방법：43례학진위시망막중앙정맥조새적환자，수궤분위대조조21례화치료조22례，대조조채용상규대증치료화혈새통주사액，치료조재대조조치료적기출상가용침자요법，1개월후관찰료효．결과：치료조시력회복우우대조조（P＜0．05），평균치료시간단우대조조（P＜0．05）．결론：재상규대증치료화혈새통주사액적기출상가용침자요법가제고환자시력，축단병정，시일충안전、유효적치료방법，차효과우우대조조．
AIM:To observe the clinical effect of Xuesaitong in-jection combined with acupuncture in the treatment of central reti-nal vein occlusion.METHODS:43 cases of central retinal vein occlusion patients,were randomly divided into control group of 21 cases and 22 cases in the treatment group,the control group using conventional symptomatic treatment and Xuesaitong injection,pa-tients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture,and the curative effect was observed after 1 month.RESULTS:In treatment group,the recovery of visual acuity was better than the control group (P<0.05),the average treatment time was shorter than the control group (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Acupunc-ture therapy based on conventional symptomatic treatment and Xuesaitong injection combined can improve the visual acuity, shorten the course of disease,which is a safe,effective treatment, with better than that of the control group.
