目的：探讨新生儿疾病筛查临床环节的质量管理，提高采血率及血卡合格率．方法：组建筛查管理小组，执行国家相关技术规范，针对新生儿疾病筛查工作中临床环节的各个流程、每个细节逐一把关，实行规章化、制度化以避免漏筛和医疗纠纷．结果：2009-11/2011-11，共筛查16618例新生儿，筛查率为97．26％，血卡合格率在99．52％．其中筛查出先天性甲状腺功能低下（CH）患儿30例，筛查出苯丙酮尿症（PKU ）患儿14例，并给予及时治疗和追踪随访．结论：在新生儿筛查工作中制定科学规范的规章制度，由筛查质量管理小组严把每一个临床环节质量，有针对性地防漏筛、防纠纷，不断提高临床采血质量，以确保实验室结果的准确性．

AIM:To investigate the clinical neonatal screening quality management link,improve the sampling rate and the qual-ified rate of blood card.METHODS:We had built the screening management team and implemented the relevant national technical specifications,and directing against each details and process of the clinical aspects of neonatal screening,we checked one by one.We implemented regulations and institutionalization in order to avoid leaking and medical disputes.RESULTS:From Novem-ber 2009 to November 2011,there were a total of 16 618 cases of neonatal screening,the screening rate was 97.26%,the qualified rate of blood card was 99.52%.And screening out children with congenital hypothyroidism (CH ) 30 cases, phenylketonuria (PKU)14 cases,who were provided timely treatment and fol-lowed-up.CONCLUSION:We should formulate a scientific and standardized rules and regulations in neonate screening,and it will be controlled clinical quality of each link by quality manage-ment team strictly,avoiding leaking and disputes,and improving the quality of clinical blood collection continuously to ensure the accuracy of laboratory results.
