目的：分析青少年近视患者在配戴角膜塑形镜和框架眼镜后对 AC/A 的不同影响。方法对23例(46眼)配戴角膜塑形镜和34例(68眼)戴框架眼镜的青少年近视患者，观察1年后两组患者的屈光度和 AC/A 值。结果戴镜1年后，角膜塑形镜组平均屈光度增加了0.35±0.25D ，框架镜组平均屈光度增加了0.82±0.36D ，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。角膜塑形镜组平均 AC/A 值降低了0.83±0.23，框架镜组增加了0.12±0.06，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论角膜塑形镜可以有效减缓青少年的近视加深，降低 AC/A 值，使患者的调节与集合的关系更加协调。
목적：분석청소년근시환자재배대각막소형경화광가안경후대 AC/A 적불동영향。방법대23례(46안)배대각막소형경화34례(68안)대광가안경적청소년근시환자，관찰1년후량조환자적굴광도화 AC/A 치。결과대경1년후，각막소형경조평균굴광도증가료0.35±0.25D ，광가경조평균굴광도증가료0.82±0.36D ，량조차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。각막소형경조평균 AC/A 치강저료0.83±0.23，광가경조증가료0.12±0.06，량조차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론각막소형경가이유효감완청소년적근시가심，강저 AC/A 치，사환자적조절여집합적관계경가협조。
Objective To analyse different effects on AC/A between after wearing orthokeratology lenses and glasses in juvenile myopia patients. Methods 23 patients (46 eyes) received orthokeratology lens trement and 34 pa-tients (68 eyes) received glasses in adolescent myopia patients,and then diopter and AC/A values were measured af-ter 1 year. Results The average diopter value increased 0.35 ± 0.25D in orthokeratology lens group to compare with 0.82 ± 0.36D in wearing glasses group after 1 year, and there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05) ; The average AC/A values decreased 0.83±0.23 in orthokeratology lens group to compare with 0.12 ± 0.06 in wearing glasses group after 1 year, and there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05) . Conclusions Orthokeratology lens can effectively slow down the progression of myopia in adolescent patients, and reduce AC/A values to balance between the accommodation convergence and accommodation.
