根据河池市林业状况和林业产业发展现状，分析河池非公有制林业企业发展中存在的石山生态系统脆弱，不规范的经营方式导致生态环境恶化，引种树种对生态环境的负面影响，经济效益与生态效益对立等问题，提出了深化体制改革，完善林业政策，提高非公有制林业发展整体水平，推动非公有制林业企业的经济效益与生态效益的有机统一的对策。
根據河池市林業狀況和林業產業髮展現狀，分析河池非公有製林業企業髮展中存在的石山生態繫統脆弱，不規範的經營方式導緻生態環境噁化，引種樹種對生態環境的負麵影響，經濟效益與生態效益對立等問題，提齣瞭深化體製改革，完善林業政策，提高非公有製林業髮展整體水平，推動非公有製林業企業的經濟效益與生態效益的有機統一的對策。

According to the Hechi municipal forestry and forestry industry development status, this paper analyses the karst ecosystem in Hechi non-public forestry development in enterprises, fragile, negative management mode that leads to the deterioration of the ecological environment, and tree species have an negative effect on ecological environment, economic benefit and ecological benefit conflict problems. This paper put forward to deepen the system reform, to perfect forestry policy, to improve the overall level of non-public forestry development, to promote the economic benefits and ecological benefits of non-public forestry enterprises of the organic unity of the countermeasures.
