在一维非恒定流水动力模型的基础上耦合堰闸水动力模型，采用三级解法构建了一维水动力河网模型，并把改进的模型应用到漳卫河中，进行历史洪水重现模拟。结果显示，模型适用性强，能够很好的处理河流交叉、堰闸过流等问题，可以为漳卫河的防洪调度提供技术支持。

The one2dimensional unsteady flow model and w eir gate hydrodynamic model w ere coupled to develop the one2dimen2 sional river hydrodynamics model using the three2gradation method. The model was applied to simulate the historical flood in theZhangweiRiver.Theresultsshowedthatthemodelisapplicabletosolvetheproblemsoftherivercrossingandoverflowof weir gate, which can provide technical support for the flood operation in the Zhangwei River.
