传统社会中，广府民系和闽海民系分别占据了广东区域内耕作条件较好的珠江三角洲与韩江三角洲平原聚居生息，并以之为建筑文化核心区培育出具有强烈特色的广府聚落和潮汕聚落。虽然地域邻近，但广府传统聚落与潮汕传统聚落却具有差异鲜明的聚落形态。影响聚落形态生成发展的是多要素组成的外部环境系统，本文旨在分析两地聚落差异以及导致差异产生的关键环境要素，从中探索外部环境系统与聚落之间的互动机制。

Guang-fu clan and one branch of Min-hai clan had respectively settled in Pearl River Delta and Han-jiang River Delta, which are both in good farming conditions in Guang-dong Province and the core areas of architectural culture where the Guang-fu settlement and Chao-shan settlement developed. Despite the close geography, these two settlements had their own patterns distinctive from each other. The effects on the generation and development of settlement pattern come from the external environment system consisted of multiple factors. This paper lays out the differences along with discussions about key factors, and aims at the exploration of the interaction mechanism between external environment system and the settlement pattern.
