目的：探讨在自身免疫性肝炎老年患者的治疗期间，通过护理干预提高患者依从性的效果。方法：选择2010年8月至2013年10月52例自身免疫性肝炎的老年患者，将其随机分为观察组26例和对照组26例；对照组按传统方法进行护理；观察组根据患者病情制定相关护理计划，由责任护士对老年患者实施整体护理。结果：观察组的老年患者依从性高于对照组（ P ﹤0.05）。结论：实施有效的护理干预，可促进自身免疫性肝炎老年患者的病情缓解并改善预后。
목적：탐토재자신면역성간염노년환자적치료기간，통과호리간예제고환자의종성적효과。방법：선택2010년8월지2013년10월52례자신면역성간염적노년환자，장기수궤분위관찰조26례화대조조26례；대조조안전통방법진행호리；관찰조근거환자병정제정상관호리계화，유책임호사대노년환자실시정체호리。결과：관찰조적노년환자의종성고우대조조（ P ﹤0.05）。결론：실시유효적호리간예，가촉진자신면역성간염노년환자적병정완해병개선예후。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the improvement of treatment compliance in the elder-ly patients with autoimmune hepatitis under treatment. Methods:52 cases of autoimmune hepatitis treated from August 2010 to October 2013 in the hospital were randomly divided into the observation group(26 cases)and the control group(26 cases). Tra-ditional care was given to the control group,while the overall and integrated care was given to the observation group by duty nur-ses,with a relevant care plan based on the patient′s conditions. Results:Treatment compliance of the elderly patients in the ob-servation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The implementation of effective nursing interventions can bring about the remission of autoimmune hepatitis in elderly patients and improve the prognosis.
