目的：探讨社区综合干预对婴儿期外周性脑积水致运动发育迟缓的康复效果。方法将100例运动发育迟缓患儿，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组给予药物治疗和物理治疗。观察组在对症治疗的基础上给予社区综合干预。并对两组干预前后Gesell评分、精细运动发育指数（PDI）评分及康复效果进行比较。结果两组随访1年后Gesell评分、PDI评分优于随访前，观察组改善情况优于对照组，有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。观察组总有效率为100％，对照组为88％，观察组高于对照组，有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论社区综合干预可以显著改善婴儿期外周性脑积水致运动发育迟缓疾病，促进了患儿康复。
목적：탐토사구종합간예대영인기외주성뇌적수치운동발육지완적강복효과。방법장100례운동발육지완환인，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각50례。대조조급여약물치료화물리치료。관찰조재대증치료적기출상급여사구종합간예。병대량조간예전후Gesell평분、정세운동발육지수（PDI）평분급강복효과진행비교。결과량조수방1년후Gesell평분、PDI평분우우수방전，관찰조개선정황우우대조조，유현저성차이（P＜0．05）。관찰조총유효솔위100％，대조조위88％，관찰조고우대조조，유현저성차이（P＜0．05）。결론사구종합간예가이현저개선영인기외주성뇌적수치운동발육지완질병，촉진료환인강복。
Objective To investigate the comprehensive community intervention and rehabilitation effects on infant pe-ripheral hydrocephalus caused by movement of growth retardation .Methods 100 cases of motor retardation were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each one .The patients in the control group received no in-tervention ,while comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in the observation group .And compare the rehabilitation effect of two groups .Results After 1 year of followed up ,the situation improvement of each functional area fine motor developmen-tal index (PDI) were better than the follow -up .The situation improvement in the observation group was better than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion Comprehensive community intervention can significantly improve the infant peripheral hydrocephalus induced retardation disease ,promote the rehabilitation of chil-dren ,it is worthy of popularization and application in the community clinic .
