目的：探讨延续性护理干预对冠心病康复期患者社会功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取80例冠心病患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组采用常规护理。观察组采用延续性护理。采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）、中国心血管病人生活质量评定问卷（CCQQ）进行评分。比较两组护理前后社会功能及生活质量方面的差异。结果护理干预6个月后，观察组SDSS评分总分为30．54±15．23分，对照组SDSS评分总分为39．25±17．74分，SDSS评分均显著低于对照组（P＜0．05）；护理干预前两组 CCQQ 各项评分无显著性差异（P＞0．05）；与护理前比较，护理后两组CCQQ评分均有所提高（P＜0．05），但观察组升高幅度明显较大（P＜0．05），生活质量明显提高（P＜0．05）。结论延续性护理可以改善社会功能及生活质量，促进患者康复。
목적：탐토연속성호리간예대관심병강복기환자사회공능급생활질량적영향。방법선취80례관심병환자，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각40례。대조조채용상규호리。관찰조채용연속성호리。채용사회공능결함사선량표（SDSS）、중국심혈관병인생활질량평정문권（CCQQ）진행평분。비교량조호리전후사회공능급생활질량방면적차이。결과호리간예6개월후，관찰조SDSS평분총분위30．54±15．23분，대조조SDSS평분총분위39．25±17．74분，SDSS평분균현저저우대조조（P＜0．05）；호리간예전량조 CCQQ 각항평분무현저성차이（P＞0．05）；여호리전비교，호리후량조CCQQ평분균유소제고（P＜0．05），단관찰조승고폭도명현교대（P＜0．05），생활질량명현제고（P＜0．05）。결론연속성호리가이개선사회공능급생활질량，촉진환자강복。
Objective To investigate the effects of extended care on the social function of the continuity of care and qual-ity of life for the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease .Methods 80 cases of patients in coronary heart dis-ease were randomly divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=40) .The patients in the control group ac-cepted conventional care ,while continuity of care in the observation group .And compare the self -efficacy and quality of life after patient care using Social Disability Screening Scale (Social Disability Screening schedule ,SDSS) ,China cardiovascular patient quality of life assessment questionnaire (CCQQ) .Results After 6 months of nursing intervention ,SDSS score total score was 39 .25 ± 17 .74 points in the control group ,the score was 30 .54 ± 15 .23 points in the observation group ,which was significantly lower than the control group (P<0 .05) .Before the nursing care of patients before intervention groups CCQQ the scoring results ,the difference (P>0 .05)were not statistically significant ;compared with before treatment ,after treatment of the two groups of patients CCQQ score results are improved compared (P<0 .05) ,but the observation group increased significantly larger (P<0 .05) ,quality of life improved significantly (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Continuity care can effectively improve medication compliance in patients with coronary heart disease ,improve social functioning and quality of life ,and promote the rehabilitation of patients , worthy of clinical application .
