应用光学显微技术对紫花含笑组培苗生根过程进行解剖学观察，结果表明：紫花含笑增殖苗在诱导生根前，没有根原始体，说明其生根类型为诱导生根型；在生根培养基中诱导生根时，发现根原基由髓射线与形成层交接处的薄壁细胞分化而成；生根过程中诱导产生的愈伤组织的存在，对根原基的形成有一定刺激作用，同时为后期不定根的生长提供营养，因此认为，适当诱导出愈伤组织，对紫花含笑不定根的生成起到重要的促进作用。本研究为紫花含笑组培苗生根机理提供了解剖学依据。
응용광학현미기술대자화함소조배묘생근과정진행해부학관찰，결과표명：자화함소증식묘재유도생근전，몰유근원시체，설명기생근류형위유도생근형；재생근배양기중유도생근시，발현근원기유수사선여형성층교접처적박벽세포분화이성；생근과정중유도산생적유상조직적존재，대근원기적형성유일정자격작용，동시위후기불정근적생장제공영양，인차인위，괄당유도출유상조직，대자화함소불정근적생성기도중요적촉진작용。본연구위자화함소조배묘생근궤리제공료해부학의거。
The rooting mechanism of tissue culture was observed with the method of micro-anatomy in Michelia crassipes. The results showed that there was no root primordium before root-induced, and the rooting primordial cell was originated from the pith ray after induction. The callus can stimulate the formation of rooting primordium, and can provide the nutrients for root growth. It means that the callus played an important role in the root formation process. This study provided anatomical basis for tissue culture in M. crassipes.
