针对神华河北国华沧东发电有限责任公司600 MW亚临界机组使用主蒸汽作为吹灰汽源存在经济性能差等问题,提出将吹灰汽源改为二次蒸汽的改造方案,从压力温度的选取、蒸汽过热度的要求、引出管道的选用等方面分析该方案的技术可行性,介绍改造的实施过程和方法,通过分析该方案的改造效果,认为该方案可提高机组的经济性。

In view of low economic of using main steam as steam sootblowing source in Hebei Guohua Cangdong Power Generation,advances the reformation proj ect of turning the sootblowing source to the second steam,analyzes the feasibil-ity of second steam for the sootblowing source from the as-pects of selection of pressure temperature,need of steam re-heating level,selection of tube,introduces the implement of the reformation,considers that this proj ect technology can improve the economy through analysis on the reformation effects.
