本文建立离子色谱法测定白砂糖中氟含量的方法。采用IonPac AS18阴离子色谱柱分离,氢氧化钾溶液等度淋洗,抑制电导检测。仪器检出限为0.02 mg/L,加标回收率为99.21%~101.1%,相对标准偏差0.82%~1.23%(n=6)。结果表明,方法简便快速准确。

This paper set up a method for the determination of fluorine content in white granulated sugar by Ion Chromatography. The separation of the anions was achieved on an IonPac AS18 column with KOH as isocratic elution, suppressed conductivity detection. The detection limit is 0.02 mg/L, the standard addition recoveries was 99.21%~101.1%, the relative standard deviation (n=6) was 0.82%~1.23%. It turned out that the method is simple, rapid and accurate.
