作为大学文化的特殊主体，辅导员承担着向大学生传播大学文化精神的角色。大学文化的积极建设，逐步成为了高校辅导员在日常工作中，开展思想政治教育活动的有效办法、团结凝聚广大学生的重要途径、建构科学工作模式的有力举措。大学文化建设中，转变育人观念是提升辅导员工作的先决条件，内修综合素质是提升辅导员工作的重要保障，善用网络技术是提升辅导员工作的必要手段，强化理论研究是提升辅导员工作的内在动力。

As a special subject of the university culture, college counselors play an important role in spreading the university culture to students. Developing the university culture has become an effective approach for them to run ideological and political activities in their routine work, an important way to rally students at large, and a great move to establish strategic working patterns. To improve their work in developing the university culture, college counselors must change educational concepts as they are prerequisite; enhance comprehensive literacy as it is an important guarantee;be good at network technology as it is essential;and strengthen the theoretical research as it is an internal motivation.
