Weigela flowers%separation and purification%chemical composition
本文主要对锦带花乙酸乙酯提取物化学成分进行研究。采用醇提法提取锦带花中的化学成分,并依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,通过柱色谱,薄层制备色谱,凝胶柱色谱及重结晶等方法对乙酸乙酯提取物进行分离纯化。得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:槲皮素(quercetin,I),原儿茶酸(protocatechuic,II),莨菪亭(Scopoletin ,III),6-甲氧基-7-氧代异戊烯基香豆素(6-methoxy-7-oxo isopentenyl coumarin,IV),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,V),以上化合物均首次从该种植物得到。
本文主要對錦帶花乙痠乙酯提取物化學成分進行研究。採用醇提法提取錦帶花中的化學成分,併依次用石油醚、乙痠乙酯、正丁醇萃取,通過柱色譜,薄層製備色譜,凝膠柱色譜及重結晶等方法對乙痠乙酯提取物進行分離純化。得到5箇化閤物,分彆鑒定為:槲皮素(quercetin,I),原兒茶痠(protocatechuic,II),莨菪亭(Scopoletin ,III),6-甲氧基-7-氧代異戊烯基香豆素(6-methoxy-7-oxo isopentenyl coumarin,IV),β-穀甾醇(β-sitosterol,V),以上化閤物均首次從該種植物得到。
본문주요대금대화을산을지제취물화학성분진행연구。채용순제법제취금대화중적화학성분,병의차용석유미、을산을지、정정순췌취,통과주색보,박층제비색보,응효주색보급중결정등방법대을산을지제취물진행분리순화。득도5개화합물,분별감정위:곡피소(quercetin,I),원인다산(protocatechuic,II),랑탕정(Scopoletin ,III),6-갑양기-7-양대이무희기향두소(6-methoxy-7-oxo isopentenyl coumarin,IV),β-곡치순(β-sitosterol,V),이상화합물균수차종해충식물득도。
The chemical constituents of Weigela ethyl acetate extract was mainly studied in this paper. Ethanol extraction was used to extract the chemical composition of Weigela, and respectively with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol extraction, ethyl acetate extract was separated and purified by column chromatography, thin-layer preparative chromatography, gel column chromatography, recrystallization and other methods. Five compounds were obtained, there were quercetin(I), protocatechuic acid(II), Scopoletin(III), 6-methoxy-7-oxo-isopentenylcoumarin(IV),β-sitosterol(V).
