本研究设计了一种旋流式除砂器,此除砂器依靠液流流动进行除砂,不需要其它辅助装置,可以实现强制旋流,从而去除油水混合液中的砂粒,分离出来的砂粒直接沉入油井底部,不发生堵塞现象,此除砂器可以减少砂粒对抽油泵的磨损,延长修井周期,提高采油效率。根据所设计的旋流除砂器实际结构与尺寸,建立旋流除砂器的有限元模型。对旋流除砂器的内部流场进行数值模拟计算,得出旋流除砂器的速度及压力的分布规律及不同时刻沉降情况。对所得到的结果进行处理与分析,可以对旋流除砂器的工作情况进行深入的分析,证明此旋流除砂器结构简单、能耗低、除砂效率高,对油井井底除砂行之有效。

This study is to verify the design of the cyclone desander system using the numerical simulating method. The unaided desanding equipment is designed for separating the sand from the oil-water mixture by forming of fluid fluent. The separated sand would sink into the bottom of the well directly without clogging due to the forced swirl. Thus this type of cyclone desander can lessen the pump wear by the sands, extend the work over cycle and improve the efficiency of oil recovery. The numerical simulations for the flow in the cyclone desander are performed. The velocity distribution, the pressure distribution and the sand sinking conditions are obtained at different moments. The in-depth analysis of the results for the working conditions of the cyclone desander validates the efficiency of the cyclone desander, which is characterized with simple structure, low energy consumption and high efficient desanding.
