利用水热法合成了纳米级的Ho,Tm:BaYbF5上转换发光纳米粒子。通过XRD和SEM观察分析,随着pH的升高,逐渐合成BaYbF5纯相,分散性较好。产物具有良好的结晶性,粒径分布均匀。在980nm LD激发下,发射光谱中最强峰位于540nm,对应于Ho3+离子的5S2→5I8的跃迁,并给出了Yb-Tm-Ho的上转换发光机制。尺寸较小的Ho,Tm:BaY-bF5上转换发光纳米粒子在生物荧光标记等领域具有潜在的应用价值。
利用水熱法閤成瞭納米級的Ho,Tm:BaYbF5上轉換髮光納米粒子。通過XRD和SEM觀察分析,隨著pH的升高,逐漸閤成BaYbF5純相,分散性較好。產物具有良好的結晶性,粒徑分佈均勻。在980nm LD激髮下,髮射光譜中最彊峰位于540nm,對應于Ho3+離子的5S2→5I8的躍遷,併給齣瞭Yb-Tm-Ho的上轉換髮光機製。呎吋較小的Ho,Tm:BaY-bF5上轉換髮光納米粒子在生物熒光標記等領域具有潛在的應用價值。
이용수열법합성료납미급적Ho,Tm:BaYbF5상전환발광납미입자。통과XRD화SEM관찰분석,수착pH적승고,축점합성BaYbF5순상,분산성교호。산물구유량호적결정성,립경분포균균。재980nm LD격발하,발사광보중최강봉위우540nm,대응우Ho3+리자적5S2→5I8적약천,병급출료Yb-Tm-Ho적상전환발광궤제。척촌교소적Ho,Tm:BaY-bF5상전환발광납미입자재생물형광표기등영역구유잠재적응용개치。
Ho, Tm:BaYbF5 up-conversion nanoparticles were successfully synthesized via a hydrothermal process. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images showed that the products gradually became pure and the dispersity was good with the pH increasing. And the products had a good crystallinity and the particles were well-distributed. Pumped with 980nm laser diode, the peak of the emission spectrum located at 540nm, which corresponded to 5S2→5I8 of Ho3+, and the up-conversion mechanism of the Yb-Tm-Ho was also given in this paper. The little size of Ho, Tm:BaYbF5 up-conversion nanoparticles had potential applications in the biological field as lu-minescence labeling probes.
