目的：了解糖尿病患者家属的焦虑状况及影响因素。方法采用自行设计的糖尿病防治知识问卷及焦虑自评量表（SAS）对87例糖尿病患者家属进行调查。结果调查对象中20人（22.99％）存在焦虑，单因素分析女性的焦虑状况要差于男性（P＜0.05），糖尿病防治知识得分高的焦虑状况相对较好（P＜0.05）；多元统计分析，年龄、性别、BMI及糖尿病防治知识得分与患者家属的焦虑状况相关。结论糖尿病患者家属的焦虑状态存在较普遍，医务人员应对糖尿病患者家属开展针对性的健康教育，实施家庭式的健康照顾。
목적：료해당뇨병환자가속적초필상황급영향인소。방법채용자행설계적당뇨병방치지식문권급초필자평량표（SAS）대87례당뇨병환자가속진행조사。결과조사대상중20인（22.99％）존재초필，단인소분석녀성적초필상황요차우남성（P＜0.05），당뇨병방치지식득분고적초필상황상대교호（P＜0.05）；다원통계분석，년령、성별、BMI급당뇨병방치지식득분여환자가속적초필상황상관。결론당뇨병환자가속적초필상태존재교보편，의무인원응대당뇨병환자가속개전침대성적건강교육，실시가정식적건강조고。
Objective To know the anxiety situation and influences about diabetes families .Methods Using the self-designed questionnaire relating the knowledge of prevention and treatment diabetes and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) to investigate 87 cases diabetes families .Results There were 20 people (22.99% ) with anxiety .Univariate analysis showed that women's anxie-ty was worse than males (P<0.05) .The people who has higher diabetes knowledge score were more anxious (P<0.05) .Mul-tiple linear regression analysis that age ,sex ,BMI ,and diabetes knowledge scores associated with anxiety of the diabetes fami-lies .Conclusion Diabetes families existed the anxiety state generally ;the medical personnel should promote targeted health ed-ucation for diabetes family ,and carry out family health care .
