目的：探讨糖类抗原（CA15-3）、糖类抗原（CA125）和癌胚抗原（CEA）联合测定对乳腺癌早期诊断的临床价值。方法采用电化学发光免疫分析法检测103例乳腺癌患者、89例良性乳腺疾病患者和60例健康女性血清中CA15-3、CA125、CEA的浓度来评价其在乳腺癌早期诊断的临床价值。结果乳腺癌患者组血清CA15-3、CA125、CEA 检测阳性率分别为47.5％、31.1％、16.5％，三项联合检测的阳性率为76.7％，均高于良性乳腺疾病组和健康对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 CA15-3、CA125、CEA联合检测明显提高了乳腺癌早期诊断的阳性率。
목적：탐토당류항원（CA15-3）、당류항원（CA125）화암배항원（CEA）연합측정대유선암조기진단적림상개치。방법채용전화학발광면역분석법검측103례유선암환자、89례량성유선질병환자화60례건강녀성혈청중CA15-3、CA125、CEA적농도래평개기재유선암조기진단적림상개치。결과유선암환자조혈청CA15-3、CA125、CEA 검측양성솔분별위47.5％、31.1％、16.5％，삼항연합검측적양성솔위76.7％，균고우량성유선질병조화건강대조조（P＜0.05）。결론 CA15-3、CA125、CEA연합검측명현제고료유선암조기진단적양성솔。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of carbohydrate antigen (CA15-3) ,carbohydrate antigen (CA125) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) combined detection on early diagnosis of breast cancer .Methods To detect 103 cases of breast cancer ,89 cases of benign breast disease and 60 healthy women serum CA15-3 ,CA125 and CEA by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay detection ,and thus evaluate its clinical value in the early diagnosis of breast cancer .Results Breast cancer patients serum CA15-3 ,CA125 ,CEA positive rate was 47.5% ,31.1% ,16.5% respectively ,three joint detection positive rate was 76.7% ,higher than those of benign breast disease group and the healthy control group ( P< 0.05 ) .Conclusion CA15-3 , CA125 ,CEA combined detection increased the positive rate significantly in early breast cancer diagnosis .
