目的：探讨二烯丙基二硫（DADS）与替莫唑胺（TMZ）单独和联合应用诱导人神经胶质瘤细胞U251增殖凋亡的变化。方法分别使用DADS、TMZ单独用药和联合用药处理神经胶质瘤细胞株U251，采用四甲基偶氮唑盐（MTT）比色法检测细胞增殖情况，流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡情况。结果 DADS和TMZ联合应用与单独用药相比，可诱导U251细胞凋亡数量明显增多。结论 DADS可促进TMZ诱导U251细胞发生凋亡，可能是通过增加ROS产量发挥作用。
목적：탐토이희병기이류（DADS）여체막서알（TMZ）단독화연합응용유도인신경효질류세포U251증식조망적변화。방법분별사용DADS、TMZ단독용약화연합용약처리신경효질류세포주U251，채용사갑기우담서염（MTT）비색법검측세포증식정황，류식세포술검측세포조망정황。결과 DADS화TMZ연합응용여단독용약상비，가유도U251세포조망수량명현증다。결론 DADS가촉진TMZ유도U251세포발생조망，가능시통과증가ROS산량발휘작용。
Objective To study the proliferation and apoptosis of glioma cells induced by diallyl disulfide (DADS) or/and te-mozolomide (TMZ) .Methods U251 cells were treated with DADS ,TMZ and DADS plus TMZ ,the cell proliferation was de-tected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) and flow cytometry to observe the apoptosis .Results The combination of DADS and TMZ significantly increased the apoptosis of glioma cells compared with single drug .Conclusion DADS can promote the apoptosis of U251 cells induced by TMZ ,possibly through increasing the production of ROS during this process .
