目的：探讨床旁纤维支气管镜治疗术后重症肺内感染的临床价值。方法：将2011年7月～2013年12月术后发生重症肺内感染入住重症监护病房的患者随机分组，对照组进行抗感染等常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上行每日纤维支气管镜治疗，观察两组症状、CPIS评分等的变化。结果：治疗组患者症状缓解快于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗第5天开始治疗组CPIS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组有效率高于对照组，但差异不具有统计学意义。结论：床旁纤维支气管镜治疗疗效肯定，能更快缓解病情，缩短治疗时间。
목적：탐토상방섬유지기관경치료술후중증폐내감염적림상개치。방법：장2011년7월～2013년12월술후발생중증폐내감염입주중증감호병방적환자수궤분조，대조조진행항감염등상규치료，치료조재차기출상행매일섬유지기관경치료，관찰량조증상、CPIS평분등적변화。결과：치료조환자증상완해쾌우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；치료제5천개시치료조CPIS평분저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；치료조유효솔고우대조조，단차이불구유통계학의의。결론：상방섬유지기관경치료료효긍정，능경쾌완해병정，축단치료시간。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the postoperative treatment of severe lung infection.Methods:The patients in the ICU with severe lung infection after fiberoptic bronchoscopy from July 2011 to December 2013 were divided into groups randomly. The patients in the control group received conventional anti-infection treatment, and the patients in the treatment group received daily treatment of ifberoptic bronchoscopy basically. The changes of symptoms, CPIS score were observed.Results:The remission of symptoms in the treatment group was more rapid than that in the control group, and the difference was signiifcant (P<0.05). There was signiifcant difference in the CPIS score at 5 days after treatment between two groups (P<0.05), and the CPIS score in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group. The effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not significant.Conclusions:Clinical fiberoptic bronchoscope therapy can alleviate the condition faster, shorten treatment time and may have a better effect.
