目的:建立测定柴枳四逆散中辛弗林含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件为Fortis C18色谱柱(4.6×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-磷酸二氢钾溶液(43:57),流速为1.0ml·min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长为275nm。结果:辛弗林在1.82~36.40μg·ml-1(r=0.9999)浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.0%,RSD为1.50%。结论:本方法准确,重复性好,可用于柴枳四逆散中辛弗林的测定。

목적:건립측정시지사역산중신불림함량적방법。방법:채용고효액상색보법,색보조건위Fortis C18색보주(4.6×250mm,5μm),류동상위갑순-린산이경갑용액(43:57),류속위1.0ml·min-1,주온:30℃,검측파장위275nm。결과:신불림재1.82~36.40μg·ml-1(r=0.9999)농도범위내유량호적선성관계,평균가양회수솔위98.0%,RSD위1.50%。결론:본방법준학,중복성호,가용우시지사역산중신불림적측정。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of synephrine in Caizhi Sini Powder.Method:The RP-HPLC system consisting the Fortis C18(4.6×250mm, 5μm)column, the mobile phase consisted of MeOH -KH2PO4(43: 57), the lfow rate was 1.0ml·min-1, the column temperature was 30℃,The UV detector was set at 275nm.Results:The linear response range was 1.82~36.40μg·ml-1(r=0.9999).The average recovery of schisandrin was 98.0%, RSD was 1.50%. Conclusions:The assay demonstrated that the method was simple and accurate, repeatable, it can be applied in determination of schisandrin in synephrine in Caizhi Sini Powder.
