当今世界已进入知识经济时代，随着经济全球化趋势日益加强，中国为融入世界发展潮流不断加快改革与发展的步伐。教育作为科学和知识发展的主要战场之一，也必将成为知识经济时代的显著特征。因此，为更好地推动高职院校教学研究和实践，输送更多优秀的高技能、高水平人才，高职教师教学模式的转变迫在眉睫。本文以传统高职院校教学模式概况为出发点，并通过对网络化教学以及高职院校学生学习特点进行分析，对网络化背景下高职教师应该如何优化教学模式进行了学术上的研究。

The world today has entered the era of knowledge-based economy . Along with the trends of increasingly economic globalization , China has quickened its pace of reform and opening up in order to keep up with the world's development . As one of the main battlefield to develop the education of science and knowledge , it will surly become the salient feature in the knowledge-based economy era . Therefore , in order to better promote the study and practice of teaching colleges , to cultivate more excellent ,high-skilled and advanced talents , it is urgent to bring changes to the patterns of teaching in vocational schools . T his paper bases on the traditional teaching modes in vocational colleges , conduct an academic research on how teachers in such schools optimize teaching patterns under the internet background by analyzing the online-teaching and the learning features of students studying in vocational schools .
