河北省存在着资源消耗强度大、污染物排放增加、环境恶化、交通拥堵等一系列与综合承载力相关的问题。通过构建综合承载力评价指标体系，运用突变级数法计算河北省综合承载能力和承压水平，发现河北省资源承载力和承压水平较低。河北省应合理配置资源、保护生态环境、合理控制城市规模、提高社会化服务水平，实现资源、环境、经济、社会承载力的整体协调发展。
河北省存在著資源消耗彊度大、汙染物排放增加、環境噁化、交通擁堵等一繫列與綜閤承載力相關的問題。通過構建綜閤承載力評價指標體繫，運用突變級數法計算河北省綜閤承載能力和承壓水平，髮現河北省資源承載力和承壓水平較低。河北省應閤理配置資源、保護生態環境、閤理控製城市規模、提高社會化服務水平，實現資源、環境、經濟、社會承載力的整體協調髮展。
하북성존재착자원소모강도대、오염물배방증가、배경악화、교통옹도등일계렬여종합승재력상관적문제。통과구건종합승재력평개지표체계，운용돌변급수법계산하북성종합승재능력화승압수평，발현하북성자원승재력화승압수평교저。하북성응합리배치자원、보호생태배경、합리공제성시규모、제고사회화복무수평，실현자원、배경、경제、사회승재력적정체협조발전。
In Hebei province, there exists a series of problems associated with comprehensive carrying capacity, such as intensive resource consumption, increasing pollutant emissions, aggravating environment, traffic jam, and etc. By building comprehensive carrying capacity evaluation index system, appling Catastrophe Progression Method to calculate the carrying capacity and pressure bearing levels of Hebei province, we can find that the carrying capacities and the pressure bearing levels of the resources are weak in Hebei province. Hebei province should allocate resources reasonably, protect ecological environment, control the city scale rationally, improve the level of social services and promote the overall coordinated development of the resources, the environmental, the economic and the social carrying capacities.
