教师教育幸福感是教师对自身的教育生活质量的多维度和多层次的综合体验。通过对陕西省1000名教师的调查发现,不同学段教师的教育幸福感存在差异,其中与高校教师、初中教师和小学教师相比,高中教师和中等职业学校教师的教育幸福感偏低。要提升教师的教育幸福感,需要从外在的客观教育环境的改善和教师内在的主观思想观念和自身修养两个层面努力。

Teacher's teaching happiness is a multi - dimensional and integral experience for teachers regarding their teaching quality . According to a survey on 1000 teachers from ShanXi province , there is disparity in level of happiness among different groups of teachers . Among them , high school teachers and secondary vocational school teachers rank as the least happy ones compared with college teachers , middle school teachers and primary school teachers . In order to boost teachers'teaching happiness , great efforts should be made to improve the external teaching environment and to strengthen teacher's belief and self -cultivation .
