为了明晰新政策背景下专家型教师的应备素质结构，以之为相关教育机构提供专家型教师的培养依据，本研究采用目的性抽样法从国内东部、中部及西部共十二个省份选取5000名中小学教师展开问卷调查。调查结果表明，作为一名新政策背景下的专家型教师，应该具备健康的身心素质、优良的品格素质、先进的观念素质、合理的知识素质及扎实的能力素质。

T his research sampled purposely and investigated the five thousand teachers from the twelve provinces of the eastern china , central china and western china for understanding the quality structure of expert teachers in the context of the new education policy and affording a reference for fostering the expert teachers . The survey results indicated that the expert teachers in the context of the new education policy should possess five essential qualities: the healthy physical and mental health , first-rank character , advanced concept , reasonable knowledge , and excellent ability for education .
