目的：探讨硫唑嘌呤联合小剂量曲安西龙治疗老年慢性免疫性血小板减少症（CITP）的疗效，并观察其不良反应。方法56例非重症的老年CITP患者，随机分为治疗组及对照组，治疗组给予口服硫唑嘌呤1.5mg/kg/d及曲安西龙片20mg/d治疗，对照组仅口服强的松1mg/kg/d治疗。结果治疗6个月后，治疗组总有效率（79.3%）高于对照组（51.9%），治疗组血小板均值高于对照组。结论硫唑嘌呤联合小剂量曲安西龙治疗老年性CITP有效率高，毒副作用少。
목적：탐토류서표령연합소제량곡안서룡치료노년만성면역성혈소판감소증（CITP）적료효，병관찰기불량반응。방법56례비중증적노년CITP환자，수궤분위치료조급대조조，치료조급여구복류서표령1.5mg/kg/d급곡안서룡편20mg/d치료，대조조부구복강적송1mg/kg/d치료。결과치료6개월후，치료조총유효솔（79.3%）고우대조조（51.9%），치료조혈소판균치고우대조조。결론류서표령연합소제량곡안서룡치료노년성CITP유효솔고，독부작용소。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of azathioprine combined with smal dose of triamcinolone tablets in the treatment of senile chronic immune thrombocytopenia (CITP) patients,and to observe the adverse reactions.Methods Al 56 patients with CITP,were randomized into the treatment group and the control group:the treatment group was treated with azathioprine 1.5mg/Kg/d and triamcinolone tablets 20mg/d,the control group with prednisone 1mg/kg/d.Resaults After 6 months treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group(79.3%) was much <br> higher than that of the control group(51.9%).The average platelet count of the treatment group is much higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The treatment of azathioprine combined with smal dose of triamcinolone tablets in the senile CITP has a good curative effect,and has no obvious adverse reaction.
