我国土地自然生态系统存在的问题：一是土地自然生态总体质量不高，生态脆弱特征明显，人均占有量少，资源禀赋低；二是土地利用和管理不合理，导致土地退化、土壤污染、湿地面积萎缩等现象，浪费了巨大的经济社会发展成本。建议：(1)尽职尽责保护土地资源，节约集约利用土地资源；(2)建立和完善与我国生态文明建设相适应的制度体系；(3)进一步优化国土空间开发格局；(4）加强土地综合整治；(5)降低农业生产过程中对土地的污染和破坏；(6)提高公众参与程度。
아국토지자연생태계통존재적문제：일시토지자연생태총체질량불고，생태취약특정명현，인균점유량소，자원품부저；이시토지이용화관리불합리，도치토지퇴화、토양오염、습지면적위축등현상，낭비료거대적경제사회발전성본。건의：(1)진직진책보호토지자원，절약집약이용토지자원；(2)건립화완선여아국생태문명건설상괄응적제도체계；(3)진일보우화국토공간개발격국；(4）가강토지종합정치；(5)강저농업생산과정중대토지적오염화파배；(6)제고공음삼여정도。
This paper ifrst analyses the major problems that China faces in land of natural ecosystems, these include:First, the quality of natural ecology of land is poor. Ecological fragility is evident, the average possession of land per person in China is little, and resources endowment is low. Second, there are irrationalities in the aspects of land use and management. Land degradation and soil pollution are taking place over large areas. Natural wetlands are diminishing. As a result, great economic and social development costs have been wasted. In response to this, this paper proposes that we must devote our efforts to protect land resources and economically and intensively use land resources. At the same time, we must establish and improve system and mechanisms pertaining to China's ecological civilization;and further optimize our spatial planning. Efforts must be made to enhance land consolidation and improvement, with a view to reducing the land pollution and destruction in the process of agricultural production. Finally, the level of public participation should be increased.
