目的：探讨股骨髁解剖型锁定钛板治疗股骨髁上并髁间粉碎性骨折疗效。方法：采用股骨髁解剖型锁定钛板内固定治疗股骨髁上并髁间骨折46例。结果：所有病例都获得随访，随访8~24月，术后6~12月全部愈合，膝关节功能优良率为85.84%结论：解剖型锁定钛板是治疗股骨髁上并髁间骨折的有效方法。
目的：探討股骨髁解剖型鎖定鈦闆治療股骨髁上併髁間粉碎性骨摺療效。方法：採用股骨髁解剖型鎖定鈦闆內固定治療股骨髁上併髁間骨摺46例。結果：所有病例都穫得隨訪，隨訪8~24月，術後6~12月全部愈閤，膝關節功能優良率為85.84%結論：解剖型鎖定鈦闆是治療股骨髁上併髁間骨摺的有效方法。
목적：탐토고골과해부형쇄정태판치료고골과상병과간분쇄성골절료효。방법：채용고골과해부형쇄정태판내고정치료고골과상병과간골절46례。결과：소유병례도획득수방，수방8~24월，술후6~12월전부유합，슬관절공능우량솔위85.84%결론：해부형쇄정태판시치료고골과상병과간골절적유효방법。
Objective:To explore the outcomes of anatomy locking titanium plate for the treatment of comminuted femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fractures. Methods:46 cases with comminuted femoral supracondylar and Intercondylar fractures were treated with anatomy locking titanium plate.Resluts:Al of the cases were folowed up for 8~24 months. Al fractures healed in 6~12 months.The rate of both the excelent and good knees function is 85.84%. Conclusion:Anatomy locking titanium plate for the treatment of comminuted femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fractures is optimal for comminuted femoral condyle fractures.
