针对高铁轴承试验台设计要求,采用内循环方式设计高铁轴承试验台粉尘箱,以模拟高铁轴承的实际运行工况。为简化粉尘箱的计算模型,首先利用CFX软件建立粉尘箱的有限元模型,然后应用Euler -Lagrange双流体湍流模型,对高铁轴承试验台粉尘箱内部气固双相流的内循环状态进行数值模拟分析。探讨了风扇数量、布局及位置对流场和粉尘分布的影响规律,以及粉尘箱箱体和轴承壁面的磨损形式,并给出了较理想的风扇布局方案。

According to the design requirement for high-speed railway bearing test bench,the dust box in the test bench is designed by using internal circulation way to simulate the actual operating condition of high-speed railway bearings.In order to simplify the calculating model for dust box,the finite element model of dust box is built by using CFX software,and then the internal circulation state of gas-particle two phase flows in the test bench is numerically analyzed by using Euler-Lagrange two-phase turbulent model.The influence rules of fan quantity,layout and posi-tion on flow field and dust distribution,the wear mode of dust box body and bearing surface are discussed.The ideal layout scheme of fan is given.
