深沟球轴承主要承受径向载荷,也可以承受一定的轴向载荷,轴向载荷过大会使钢球与沟道间的接触椭圆爬越挡边,产生应力集中,使轴承提早疲劳失效,因此存在安全接触角。通过理论分析,建立了深沟球轴承安全接触角的计算方程,并利用MATLAB软件对该计算方程进行编程,可以快速准确地计算出轴承的安全接触角。

The deep groove ball bearings are used to bear mainly the radial and also certain axial load.If the axial load is too large,the contact ellipse between the ball and raceway will across the rib,which causes the stress concentration leading to earlier failure of the bearings,therefore the security contact angle is existing.The calculating equation for the security contact angle of deep groove ball bearings is established through theoretical analysis,and the programming of calculating equation is carried out by using MATLAB software.The security contact angle of bearings is calculated quickly and accurately.
