教育公平是社会公平的重要组成部分，它不是一个绝对概念，而是一个相对概念。教育公平不仅包括教育机会、教育权利、教育过程的平等，也要考虑教育效率的问题。宏观社会结构对教育公平的实现起着统筹的作用，而微观社会结构则更倾向于提高教育公平的实际效率，基于两种社会结构的角度看教育公平问题，可以发现促进教育公平的若干途径。

Fairness in education is an importan t part of social equality. It is not an absolute concept, but a relative concept. Fairness in education includes not only the educational opportunity,educational rights,the equality of educational process,but also the efficiency of education. The macro social structure plays a coordinating role in the education equality,but the microscopic structure of society tends to improve practical efficiency of education fairness,surveying the education fairness based on the foregoing two social structures,this paper finds some ways to promote education fairness.
