信息化学习环境构建是教育信息化建设的必然要求，数字图书馆是建设信息化学习环境的基本条件和资源保障。在探讨信息化学习环境概念和内涵的基础上，分析了基于数字图书馆的大学信息化学习环境建设的现状。以成都师范学院为研究对象，构建基于数字图书馆的大学信息化学习环境体系，以期为师生搭建开放式的交流学习合作平台，为推动高校的教育信息化转型提供借鉴。

Informationized learning environment construction is the inevitable requirement of education information-ization construction,and digital library is the basic condition and resources guarantee of information learning environment construction. This paper discusses the concepts of information learning environment,analyzes the present situation of uni-versity information learning environment construction based on digital library. Taking Chengdu Normal University as the research object,this paper constructs university information learning environment system,in order to build a open com-munication and cooperation platform for teachers and students,at the same time,provides reference for promoting the de-velopment of university education informatization transformation.
