为了解四川省中职教师的培训现状及培训需求,抽取了221名中职教师作为调查对象,获得有效问卷212份。调查结果显示,中职教师对从事的职业比较喜欢,认为培训非常必要,但对以前培训的满意度不很高。在培训期望上,中职教师注重理论更新、能力提升和实践交流;在培训内容上,对教育教学知识技能等内容需求强烈,并希望内容能体现实践性;在培训方式上,希望培训充分发挥学员的主体性,促进实践交流;在考核方式上希望重视综合性、实效性的测评。
為瞭解四川省中職教師的培訓現狀及培訓需求,抽取瞭221名中職教師作為調查對象,穫得有效問捲212份。調查結果顯示,中職教師對從事的職業比較喜歡,認為培訓非常必要,但對以前培訓的滿意度不很高。在培訓期望上,中職教師註重理論更新、能力提升和實踐交流;在培訓內容上,對教育教學知識技能等內容需求彊烈,併希望內容能體現實踐性;在培訓方式上,希望培訓充分髮揮學員的主體性,促進實踐交流;在攷覈方式上希望重視綜閤性、實效性的測評。
위료해사천성중직교사적배훈현상급배훈수구,추취료221명중직교사작위조사대상,획득유효문권212빈。조사결과현시,중직교사대종사적직업비교희환,인위배훈비상필요,단대이전배훈적만의도불흔고。재배훈기망상,중직교사주중이론경신、능력제승화실천교류;재배훈내용상,대교육교학지식기능등내용수구강렬,병희망내용능체현실천성;재배훈방식상,희망배훈충분발휘학원적주체성,촉진실천교류;재고핵방식상희망중시종합성、실효성적측평。
221 teachers from secondary vocational schools are investigated with the purpose of understanding the cur-rent status and demand of teacher training in secondary vocational schools of Sichuan Province;and 212 valid question-naires are obtained. The findings show that teachers from secondary vocational schools like their jobs and highlight the ne-cessity of training;but they are not so satisfied with previous traings. In respect of training expectation,they emphasize on theory renewal,ability enhancement and practical communication;in respect of training content,they are eager for ed-ucational and teaching knowledge and skills etc. ,as well as the practicalness of training content;in respect of training method,they hope the subjectivity of trainee can be developed by training and practical communication be promoted;in respect of evaluation mode,they pay attention to comprehensive and effective evaluation.
