为实现ATE测试系统中各种射频线路的自动控制与连接,设计使用一种利用数字I/O控制的专用射频微波信号集中控制器。论文简要介绍微波控制总体方案设计,根据实际使用,阐述硬件与软件设计方案,并通过测试证明其可用性高可靠性强。事实证明:射频微波信号集中控制器传输损耗小,控制方便,稳定度高,满足 ATE系统对微波控制器射频仪器资源与被测射频设备射频连接的具体要求。

In order to realize the automatic control and connection of various RF circuit of airborne electronic equipment ATE ,an ATE microwave controller of airborne electronic equipment controlled by digital I/O is designed .According to the actual demand of RF controlling by ATE microwave controller ,the ATE microwave design scheme of the controller is briefly introduced ,the hardware structure and conditioning circuit of the microwave controller is elaborated ,and the coding design method of software control is detailed illustrated .The practical results show that the RF transmission loss of microwave con-troller is small ,the operation of the microwave switches acts precisely and reliably ,the specific connection needs of the ATE system has been fully met for microwave controller RF equipment resources and measured RF equipment .
