针对氧化类的破胶剂引起的腐蚀问题,研究开发了一种复合型缓蚀剂BHH-DRH1,通过室内评价认为其很好地抑制了破胶剂JPC的腐蚀,推荐现场加注量为1.0%。该技术在南海某油田进行试用,取得了预期效果。

An compound corrosion inhibitor BHH-DRH1 was developed in order to solve corrosion problem of oxidative gel breaker. It can be show that the inhibitor can decrease effectively corrosion of gel breaker JPC in laboratory test. It was suggested that the content of inhibitor was 1%. The technology was trialed in offshore oilfield, and the trial result reached expected effect.
