核电厂换料水箱是保障反应堆事故工况下，为设备冷却供水的设备之一。研究发现，国内外核电厂换料水箱底板有出现裂纹，甚至发生泄漏的案例。为了更好的对换料水箱实施检测，有必要筛选出无损检测的重点区域，获知裂纹的验收尺寸。因此本文从应力分析的角度，对核电厂换料水箱进行了有限元模拟，分析了应力集中区域；并通过应用线弹性断裂力学确定了换料水箱底板的临界裂纹尺寸。为后续现场检测、评定工作提供依据。

In-Containment refueling water storage tank (IRWST) is used to store enough dilute boric acid for cooling reactor vessel in some accidents. It is found that several IRWSTs leak water from the tank bottom plant, home and abroad. For effective inspection of tank, it' s better to determine the weakness field and evaluate critical crack size. This paper used ABAQUS finite element commercial code establish model of IRWST, to analyze the bottom plant stresses, and used elastic fracture mechanic to calculate critical crack sizes of IRWST. The results provide some guidances for executing inspection and evaluation for the tank.
