泡粒混凝土是一种在泡沫混凝土基础上发展起来的节能建筑材料,是以聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒、水泥、水、发泡剂为主要成分,按一定比例制备的无机和有机双发泡体复合型材料。阐述了泡粒混凝土的研制;研究了苯粒体积掺量对泡粒混凝土干密度、抗压强度、体积吸水率、导热系数和抗冻性的影响;配制了三种不同干密度的泡粒混凝土,测量干密度对泡粒混凝土性能的影响,结果表明泡粒混凝土的性能优于泡沫混凝土和胶粉聚苯颗粒保温浆料。

Foamed particles concrete is developed based on the foamed concrete and is a kind of building materials energy saved. Foamed particle concrete is composite material,the main components of which are foamed particles of polystyrene,cement,water and foaming agent.The preparation of Foamed particle concrete was mentioned in the paper ,the effects of the volume percentage of particles of polystyrene on the dry density,compression strength,volume water absorption,thermal conductivity and freezing resistance were studied. The performance of foamed particles concrete with three different dry densities were measured.The results showed that the performance of Foamed particles concrete were better than that of foamed concrete and polystyrene particle thermal insulator.
