利用带凹槽的泡沫混凝土板作为模板现浇屋面或剪力墙,可以减少大量施工工序、降低工程造价、提高结构保温隔热性能。通过对3类保温系统墙体的传热系数进行测试分析,得出:由生物酶水解蛋白类泡沫剂配制泡沫混凝土保温板导热系数低、强度高,是一种新型无机保温墙材;泡沫混凝土保温板保温隔热性能低于EPS保温板,但其热稳定性、热惰性指标和技术经济特征值均优于EPS保温板,满足建筑节能65%要求,该保温墙材具有较好的市场应用前景。
